I am sorry to have to miss the meet Fred, but you're right, our health needs to take priority. I should be able to start training again next week, just need to remember to EASE back in, I've always had a tendency to push too hard after a layoff.

I have run myself down this week with a lot of work and poor sleep but somehow came up today with what I am now calling... "PR's in a new lower weight class...lol"

Geez Fred, looks like your bench is moving back up nicely. After my illness, now it looks like I have to play catchup again LOL! And I'm still in Burlington VT with my friend, so we traveled through VT and NH to pick up the squat rack in ME. I have a little soreness from that first workout yesterday, but it's "good" soreness. We'll see how my bench presses and squats go on Sunday.
