Today was an unexpected good day. This is the first day having enough energy to do heavy bench and squats back to back the same day.

Trying a narrower grip on bench to ease shoulder strain and to get more help from lats with drive off chest. I still need to add rows or overhead pulldowns to program. I need to buy a rig to do pulldowns.
I was debating what sets to do next after the 190 set of squats when the wife called and asked if I wanted to meet her and her sister for lunch. Problem solved. A good day especially when not feeling like crap after lifting. The cardio work might be helping...

Great going Fred, impressive benching with the narrow grip. My back/hip are feeling much better after seeing my chiropractor a few days ago, hoping to get my own progress moving forward again.

Well I finally was able to get a squat day in after postponing 3 times. Nothing miraculous but I did manage to match the top weight I did 10 days ago. Remodeling took its toll on energy this week.
