    After two hard long days Thursday and Friday I was was pooped yesterday and today the shoulders were having no part of today's efforts. Just not enough recovery since a heavy day. Live to fight another day. Happy Sunday!

    Tomorrow between my CRS and Elvis appendages I am going to try to get a lift day in. I have done no training this week but had a doctors appointment and tomorrow will be the third day of waiting on Fedx to finish delivering a new set of weights. Tomorrow will tell...

    Bill it seems Fedex cannot get it together as the last item today shows pending which in my vocabulary is stall mode. Fortunately it is only a pair of 2.5# plates which I can do without for now.

    All weights listed are now 2 to 4 pounds heavier according to the scales I have.

    The shoulders and spine (worse) were both achy today but at least I was able to lift weak as it was.
