I was wiped out yesterday due to overwork on Saturday. The rest helped on Sunday but I still felt fatigued today. It is what it is. Later...

Thanks Oldster! Lifting is what it is at a kinda beat up 70 years old.
I have read parts of your log from years ago. I was not lifting or on this forum back then. You had some great times going back then and you were pretty darn strong. I hope you are doing well now and things are going your way. It would be great to see you lifting again but I know how life can kick your ass at times or your attention goes else where.
EDIT: I just found your log post. Glad you started again.

Yeah, years and mileage have a way of beating us up. It was fun back in the day, but now I have a second career and give it most of my time. Lifting is something I do if I'm not hurting or exhausted from late nights.
Sure would enjoy handling some big poundage's again!

👌 sometimes sometimes extra rest is what you need.

Life. It's that silly thing called life. And lifting isn't it. It's just for making life better.
Get after it when you can, Fred.
