Thanks. I am ready to get rolling again as long as I don't keep hurting body parts...

    3-8-21 Monday

    Bench
    .bar-5
    ..70-5
    120-5
    150-3
    175-1
    185-1

    Squat
    20-5
    20-5
    40-5
    40-5

Shoulders and elbow seem to be coming along ok. I am trying to do as Sulley recommended for this type injury. Low volume, singles or doubles with heavyish weight. Felt ok but will be glad to add back more sets of 3 to 5.

The back's improving but as you can see the squats are only better than nothing.

I really like the squat rack I got from Titan products a couple weeks back. It is built well with good welds. I wished I had gotten one sooner. I have limited space and height but do have a platform 8x10 feet.

Thanks Lars, I will be happy when I double that number. on the squat.

The back just spent about 3 hours bent over my zero turn getting it to run. I could not even lean over to look at it last week.
