    Deadlift
    ..70-4
    120-3
    175-3 +5
    190-3 +20

    Worked Sunday and postponed that squat workout. Today was unplanned but felt good. Also unplanned was 4th set (Thought I would do a single). The squats must have helped this lift even though I have not performed dead's for months.

    Nice bump up on the DL. Sometimes you gotta go by how you feel. Had my second Pfizer shot this morning, so far so good. My do some benches tomorrow and whatever else I feel like.

    I hope you do better with the second one than I did. It made me feel crappy for about three days.

    As far as squats they are the toughest for me now that I am older.
