Yeah the squat has been tough since the first of the year with a reset for form, overwork, back problems, shoulder problems and getting used to using the slings for squat grip. Today I moved them as far apart as I could and it seemed to work better getting more of a groove to sit the bar in. I had gotten up to 195x3 before the reset so that's my goal for now.
