    190-1..it was like all muscle control left me after this set. Took that as a sign and packed it in.

    Squats were all good so still smiling.

    Low blood sugar? I eat a roll of Smarties before my last workset.

    I really don't know as everything was fine until after the last warmup set at 190. I have never had that happen before. I don't think it could be low energy. I am sure that Friday will be better.

    Regular grip bench is 20". First time using a closer grip these days. My younger man PR with a 16" grip was 255x5. Hell these days 255 would be a good single with any grip.

    The asterisks on the squats are all old man PR's.

    Seconded. My young man PR on bench was 225x1, so I will chase that for an old man PR until I leave this earth.

    Actually, since 2 blues would be another iteration of the "Two Plates" milestone, I'd be happy with 100kg.
