    Tired from yesterdays task and more to do today so I did a "Greysteel light day". Low volume and higher intensity. Short and sweet with a good PR. Shoulders had no pain and not creaky.

    I had a slight lower back tweak when putting on my friggin' socks this morning so I was careful lifting today. I went up to new numbers and did no back off sets as much as I wanted to.

    I totally get this...I had to drop out of a meet once because I tweaked my lower back toweling off my foot.

    Back before people were ashamed of 35 pound plates (as well they should be), I used to consider 205 a plate milestone kind of like 185 and 225 are (and always will be). 15kg plates (yellows) are pretty close to 35s...how come people don't hate on them like they do iron 35s?
