I see that I'm not alone in wanting to get my pulls going again. I have a lower back issue that I have had to work around for almost 40 years. Once things get heavier the back gets too painful. I am going to start doing elevated pulls as described in the Barbell Rx and by Dan John as in the video below. I will be trying different heights between Cheesepuff's 4" recommendation and what Dan John recommends in this video.
