Hang in there, Fred. Prayers.
Hang in there, Fred. Prayers.
As granny and Jerry have said, hang in there while the crew sends up prayers.
Thank you all! Times are difficult but as you say....praying for things to get better.
I have a bit of catching up to do.

Weights are down as well as lifting frequency has been. Hopefully with time this will change. Very high stress, poor diet and sleep. To put it bluntly this year has sucked.

You've been in my prayers...
Thank you and everyone else who has given good wishes!
My daughter was in the hospital for 23 days and all except for 4 days were in ICU. We then went into a hospice situation were we got her home and she passed two days later. Her memorial was one week ago today. I have lost grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles but once you loose a child...I just cannot put it into words. She turned 43 in the hospital.
So sorry to hear this, Fred. As you know, around these parts there's a whole bunch of folks supporting you through thick and thin. As a dad with a son not a whole bunch younger than your daughter, this is something that I probably fear the most, yet I still can't imagine.
Thank you Bill. I pray that none of you ever have to go through a situation anything like this!
