    Left shoulder pain after 1st bench set and hurt mid back unloading plates before workout so not the best day but could have been worse.

    Well as good as the pulls and squats were recently the bench today was rather blah! I had planned on adding reps at 195 but...

    Lift days were supposed to be squats then bench then pulls? Whatever...at least I lifted.

    Bar hangs.

    Left shoulder started out hurting through 175 then things smoothed out. 210 was for my sanity. I narrowed my grip a little also. Back to cutting down a 35 foot privet that's more like a tree than a shrub. Thursday sucked with it because the temp and humidity was so high.
