Ok day for around 5 hours sleep last night. The second set of rows slightly hurt right forearm at elbow. The last couple times doing rows hurt this area. I would like to work some kind of rows back up in weight again.

Squats went ok. Still only doing a limited amount of sets.
I finished a lot of thick trunk bush cutting and limb trimming today. That Ryobi pole saw attachment for the string trimmer will kill your arms and shoulders in no time. Mine anyway...Ha! If I didn't lift first there would be no lifting.
I'll have to check that saw attachment out. I've spent more money than I care to admit having tree services do it for me, for branches I can't reach with an old school rope and pulley trimmer.
But my Ryobi string trimmer kills me on the short battery life, and the string refills.
I have a gas Ryobi string trimmer that uses the expand-it add on tools. With those you can get a pole saw, brush cutter and several other things. I am not thrilled with the gas trimmer. I just bought a battery powered Ryobi string trimmer and I get along with it much better. I have a lot of the 18 volt tools and like them all. I use my impact driver, drill and leaf blower a great deal also. So far my battery's seem to last long enough for my needs. Do you buy the prewound string refills?
That's where they are making their money with the Ryobi tools selling affordably. You might consider rewinding all those spools that you have bought up to now.

Cordless Attachment Capable Str.jpgThe head on the left is the type to just stick the line through after cutting to length and then wind it in. Takes about a minute. If Home Depot had all their products in the store I would not have bought the one I did. I found this one which is like my gas one online at their site.
