The heat wave description, ROFLMAO. Its not even summer yet - 90s here as well and 80%+ humidity. Sticky soup days.

I tried something new today and it worked well so far. Low incline bench...6" incline...19" grip.

    6-19-2022 Sunday
    Bench-6" incline
    070-5
    090-4
    110-2
    120-2
    130-2
    140-2
    150-2
    160-4*

I added weight slowly to avoid hurting anything. Shoulders did well I am happy to say.

    Happy Fathers day guys!

    Great news, Fred!

And to you, too. I was lucky enough to see my son last week, so that was it for me.

    Thanks Bill!

I was lucky to see my oldest daughter last week too. Within the last month she found out she's got stage 1 breast cancer. Yesterday I had my 6 month checkup with my cardiologist and he said what the hell at the ekg and said I was in afib. Now I have a very itchy monitor sensor taped to my chest until Wednesday.

So when it rains it pours...

Sorry to hear that Fred. I guess we just have to take it as best we can.
