Your numbers still look good. I've been on a downward trend, probably due to age and hormones. I was strongest at 48 yo and 198lbs. I'm 210 now and I know I would be healthier if I dropped 10lbs of belly fat. I don't drink much except water and the occasional diet Coke. I'm going to stop concerning my self with lbs on the bar and just do some farmres walks with dbs. I had changed my BP mess and that seemed to start my problems. Hoping dropping some lbs will help BP. I'm taking some otc supplements that are supposed to help lower BP.

    7-13-2022 Wednesday
    Pulls
    120-3
170-3......Both sets made me feel like crap and very dizzy.

7-14-2022 Cardio doctor visit. Doc said to drop pulls and to only do moderate pressing and squats for now. More tests scheduled...

Edit 7-17-2022 (after further study I have decided to push on with bench and squat to try to catch back up to previous levels. Pulls... time will tell. Enough is enough.)

    7-14-2022 Thursday
    Squats
    070-3
    120-3
    170-2
    170-2
    160-3
    160-3

Sets were 70-75% of best 3 rep set. (227)

    AM weight...202 pounds.

    Sorry to hear that, Fred.

It's always interesting to see how the lifts affect folks differently. For me, it's the heavy squats that make me grab the rack and bar afterwards just to make sure that I don't crumple to the floor.

Hopefully you get it sorted soon.

Thanks Bill. Hopefully some meds will do the trick and there will be no procedures. I think the new meds caused the problems with the pulls.

Thanks Richard! I have come to believe that some of my issues are coming from the new meds they put me on. Time will tell.
