I felt a bit better today except I could not load the bar correctly consistently. Two misloads on one lift.
I cannot let myself detrain any further if I can help it so I said to hell with lighter weights than I can handle. These were well below my previous best. I'm going to treat squats the same if I can. What the cardiologist does not know will not hurt him!!

FWIW, a new BP med was giving me brain fog, and my very first migraine. Both the doc and pharmacist said those aren’t side affects of this med. finally enough was enough, asked doc to switch me back to prior BP med, things cleared up in just days.

Not saying I know anything, but side effects can suck. Luckily in my case, lots of BP meds to choose from.

I think I'm just getting careless because I didn't seem to be in a fog and believe me I know how that is haha.

Today I took advice from a doctor other than my cardiologist...

Sixteen days since last heavy pulls so I did not go overboard with reps but this was enough to help my attitude.
