Yet still much better than the vast majority of your peers.

    Keep at it!

Thanks Bill! It just seems extra hard lately to cycle back up. I don't know if it's the med's or what and it's frustrating. BUT...I ain't about to stop. That's not an option.

Edit: I do keep forgetting that I am not eating as much as I want anymore and that might have something to do with it.

    8-2-2022 Tuesday

    Bench
    070-4
    120-3
    140-1
    160-2
    182-3
    172-4

Shoulder still fkn with me and the top set feels 20 pounds heavier than it is...%*#@.

I don't know if these are hurting or helping but I recently tried the OHP and found out I can do some with a wider grip than I had tried before without too much pain. I may work them in slowly and see if they hurt or help. Very light compared to others. I started a while back with just an old 20 pound bar. I did these after the bench so both shoulders were tired to begin with.

    Press
    020-4
    040-3
    060-3

Time will tell but right now both shoulders are hurting but hey...I can put a bar over my head.

This actually done me in I hate to say. Got an echo-cardiogram yesterday and they said while I have a-fib I will have lower energy...no shit Sherman!

On the positive side I weighed in this AM and was 199.6 so I finally broke back to under 200 again. And my daughter is back home from surgery and doing well...yay!!

Well, those are positive developments (the bottom line). But hopefully you can get the afib under control quickly.
