I appreciate the kind words from everyone! Light benches may start in one week. The lower body is even longer. I have incisions on the front/inside of each leg 2" out and right at the top level of where the two brothers hang out. These and healing from all the internal work are the activity limiters. They did apologize and told me they could not fix the ugly!

Ahhhh.....the feeling of knurling pressing down on my palms. One week post procedure.

    9-7-2022 Wednesday

    Bodyweight 194

    Bench
    070-5
    090-3
    120-3
    140-3

Short and sweet...all reps were easy and did not push. I don't know when squats will be attempted but I will take them slow that's for sure. Now I need to slowly work in some treadmill walking and bar hangs.

Edit: after the first time doing some treadmill it went better than before the procedure so that's a positive.

Nice work Fred. Slow is the way to go. Over 20 years ago I had a prostate procedure ( TURP ).
Stupidly I squatted to soon and passed blood the next day.

    Thanks Jerry...it's a start.

I will use caution with the squats. I do not want anymore visits to the hospital.
