Here lately after talking myself into lifting it's like the strength is not there. I do not know how much the lower heart efficiency that I have is affecting things but hopefully that will get better.

Most likely treadmill...starting Monday. Today they just took all info and showed me how to connect the EKG monitor. They said it was the safest way to improve my ejection fraction which the nurse in the family previously told me. I just hope they don't copay me to death...
