    190-1
    200-1

I started cardio rehab at the gym in the hospital yesterday where I was wired up to ekg the whole time. Results: they said I am strong and can outpace my heart very quickly because of the rhythms that I was causing when I would start to push myself. They wanted me to hold off on the weight lifting at home while I was on the program since they could not monitor me there. While the lady was telling me that I was going "yeah right" in my head.

Being such a spread out workout I got through very well listening to these:

You certainly know the drill working with rehab folks, Fred. Keep at this "yeah right" programming!

I gotta keep at it Bill. It's way too hard to let it go and then have to fight back over and over.

I sure understand how frustrating this can be. My neighbor who is 90 has had some heart issues over the last 20 years. I know he has a few stents. He still keeps active hunting and a shoting in the winter and still scuba dives in the summer. His wife complains and his Drs.tell him to slow down. He says he refuses to be a
" cardio cripple". Good luck with this

Thanks guys! I am going to rehab M-W-F so I will adjust my lifting a bit but try to keep the Bench and Squat from dropping any more. There are people much worse than myself so I am thankful for being as strong as I can be for me.

    1-19-2023 Thursday

    Bench
    070-3....all 16" grip
    120-3
    160-3
    175-3
    175-3

I slept about 5 hours and then woke up way too early so I was a bit tired today after two long days including more remodeling.

Rehab continues and seems to be making me sleep better.

    1-21-2023 Saturday

    Squat
    070-3
    120-3
    170-1
    190-2
    170-3
    170-3

I did not go the singles route today. Today was somewhat hampered by a "tweaky" feeling lower back since arising from sleep. It is hard to build leg and hip strength when your back does not want to cooperate.

I hope everyone is doing well and working towards their lifting goals.

    200-1
    205-1*
    190-1

A good day so far. I wanted to do some pulls but I have a swollen gland in my throat so I wasn't feeling it.
