Get whatever that is under control, Fred. It's never much fun.

    Great work on that bench!

Dang Fred, that's some nice benching, considering all you have going on. I just finished my tenth week on this new BP program, taking it slow and easy. I'm only adding three pounds a week, hopefully to keep the progress going as long as I can.

Thanks Bill. My glands do this at times...normally nothing special as it usually just shows a bit of sinus issues. Normally some rest helps.

How's things out in snow country? Cold ass rain here.

    Thanks Walt.

Dr. Sullivan on Greysteel commented on a post I made about having Heart Failure and said that intensity was the way to go when training with HF so I will do what I can.

The best of wishes with your plan. I know you will progress greatly. AND I will always be envious of your squat!!

Yep, those are my nemesis, too, when sinus season really kicks in (10-12 months out of the year).

We're back to winter. We had a fantastic November/December, but then quite a warmup the first few weeks of the year. The great snow gains we had before the new year are now trailing average. So we need more. The bride and I get out to play in it as much as possible.

Hopefully the PT work and the new focus on training works for you. Keep at it!

Today was supposed to be squats and whatever else I had energy to do but instead took a total day off. Feeling a bit burnt out and low/no energy. Back to it tomorrow. I think the rehab is affecting some of my energy levels but in the long run I believe it will help a lot!

Nice work Fred. One of the books I have Grey Hair and Black Iron talks alot about how recovery is a big issue for older lifters. I sure know I'm now one of them. I guess it's time for me to spread out my lifts as much as I need to keep from going backwards.
