    Thanks guys it has been rough lately. When we took him to the vet we had no idea it was that bad. This is also one year to the day since our daughter went into the hospital. That didn't turn out well either. The wife is worse than me coping with the situation. As they say time heals all wounds but even that only goes so far.

    I had low energy by the time I got to lifting around 4PM so I postponed squats. I missed sleep getting up for a doctor appointment. The good news was the doc said I looked good and can return to rehab. He is referring me to my previous doctor of cardiac electrophysiology for the funky beats I have.

    Treadmill next.

    I have to get an Echo cardiogram tomorrow so another appointment. I hope this one turns out better than the last.
