Was required by work to get a Covid test after a direct exposure during DT training. Tested positive on Wednesday, symptoms are manageable, cough, fever, lost smell and taste yesterday. Haven't trained since Monday. I’m not allowed back to work until 10 days after my positive test. My gym is at my work so I won’t be able to train until then.
