    Was required by work to get a Covid test after a direct exposure during DT training. Tested positive on Wednesday, symptoms are manageable, cough, fever, lost smell and taste yesterday. Haven't trained since Monday. I’m not allowed back to work until 10 days after my positive test. My gym is at my work so I won’t be able to train until then.

    Bench 245x8x3 want to start hitting some 8s on my main barbell work with some BB assistance. Had some good runs of 5s 3s and singles over the fall and 1st part of winter. Need a mental break from it..

    Squat 265x8x3 don’t remember the last time I hit 8s across on squat. Went really conservative with the weight selection. Would like to get a good run on some 8s so started light.
