    Weighted pullups - BW+25 x 7, 6, 6, 5
    Beltless SSB - 250 x 20 (Why do I do this to myself?)

    Thanks, Skid!

    I completed the Smolov base meso back a few months ago and just wanted to keep the momentum going. I'm just hoping to put together some nice PRs when I hit my 50th birthday in October. Hopefully a 500+ DL, 440-ish SSB squat, maybe 325 bench. My joints are doing OK so far except for some warmup pain in my right knee and left elbow that goes away after the first couple warmups.
    Just hoping to keep the joints loose until then!

    Man, I hope you get the 440 SSB squat. That's a nice squat anyway but especially with that bar.

    Curls - 80+bar x 15 +7 +4
    Skullcrushers - 80+bar x 13 +7 +4
    Standing delt raises - 15lb bumper x 15 + 10 +5

    Feeling the fatigue. Two days no lifting. We'll see how I feel Wednesday.

    I'd love to hit 440 as well. I got 425 early this summer, so it's within reach. That bar - at high weights - is a cruel mistress. Feels so good at the bottom coming out of the hole, but just past halfway, it slams your upper back to the floor. But because of that property, it's also great at strengthening the upper back.

    SSB squat with belt - 340 x 8r x 5s
    Bench - 245 x 8, 8, 8, 8, 7

    Not bad. Improved on bench and got my squats all done. Taking longer rest periods. These heavy/volume days are getting tough.
