From Saturday:
Press w/belt - 170 x 5, 4, 4, 4
DL w/belt - 480 x 4
Tweaked my lower back on deadlifts. Got 4, but 5 was not going to happen.
Just nursing my low back since then. Did a heavy single squat yesterday at 405 and called it a day.
Today, I felt a bit better,, though my back was still quite sore. So I did the following:
SSB squat w/belt - 385 x 3 x 3
Bench - 275 x 4 x 4 (tough to get in an arch on the first couple of sets)
BW rows - 24 + 9 + 4 (plus a short static hold)
Not just good, it's good enough...

Yesterday (10/20/21):
SSB squat w/belt - 315 x 10 x 3
Bench - 227.5 x 10 x 3
Pullups - BW + 35 - 6, 5, ? (forgot)
Today:
22 minutes uphill treadmill at 3.5 mph, 9deg incline.
Every 4 minutes, jump off and do some pullups or pushups.

This morning:
SSB squat w/belt - 375 x 6r x 3s
Bench - 270 x 5r x 3s
Rows - 225 x 12 x 3
Things moved well. Not an easy workout, but no grinds. Very happy.
I've slowly gained a bit of weight over the summer. Started at mid 220s and and am now at upper 220s and nearing 230.
Despite this, my belt and waist are the same, so I got that going for me.

Today:
Press w/belt - 170 x 5, 5, 4, 4
DL w/belt - 405 x 3 x 6
Decent. My press is pretty much on life-support, but I'm still able to make progress. Heavy squat yesterday made deadlifts seem hard - low back soreness, but they moved ok.
After the 2nd set, I finally loosened up and felt better.

Intensity Day:
SSB Squat w/belt - 425 x 2r x 3s, 385 x 4
Bench - 310 x 2, 300 x 2 x 2, 275 x 4
Never did reps on the ssb with 4 plates before. Happy about that.
Never did 310 for a double on bench. Wanted to do doubles for sets across, but the first set moved too slow. Dropped 10 lbs and got a couple more doubles.
