    oof hard to keep up with this log.

    I'm not gonna lie, I started doing the Olympic Lifts again.
    Those leave me feeling wrecked after, hopefully it gets better.

    Last week (7-10-22 to 7-16) ...highlights include:

    benched 230x5x5 (@ezpz)
    snatched 155x3x2
    cleaned 205x3
    jerked 205x1
    I'm being really cautious with the weights, as to not hurt myself.
    Catching snatches deep in a deep squat sends electricity through my whole body.
    prob a good sign for sure.

    oof, hard to jeep up with this log.

    as of today's post .... I recently have:

    snatched 195
    benched 250x5
    strict ohp 195x4
    pc + strict press 190(1+5)

    i am fat

    oh man, almost forgot about this thing

    recently i have done

    - injured my knee
    - injured my low back
    - incline press 228x8x3
    - dead lift 405x1 3rir
    - strictish bb row 225x6x4
    - squat in toilet because knee
    - power clean 210x3x3

    i am less fat than last time

    recently I have done

    - knee is healing/ed
    - back is gud
    - incline press 250x6
    - deadlift 420x1
    - strictish bb row 220x8x3
    - i do light speed squats for power
    - power clean 225x3x3
    - box jumpy

    i am more far than last time
