    these are supposed to destroy your shoulders
    i've never had problems with them

    with some "lat swing" like Rip says.

    DB CURLS IN INCLINE CHAIR:

    SEATED LEANED OVER LATERIAL DB RAISES:
    (for rear deltoids, traps, etc)
