    Cardio Day:

    Treadmill - 30 minutes at 3.5 mph @ 6deg incline. Total Mileage: 1.75
    Every 5 minutes, do 8 or 9 pullups. Total Pullups = 59

    Press w/belt - 175 x 4 x 4

    Didn't hit my goals today, but made the most out of it. Just one of those days.

    I bailed on deadlifts. I'll hit them tomorrow after bench.

    DL - w/straps - beltless - 375 x 3 x 5
    Dips - BW + 45 - 9, 8, 8, 7
    Plate swings - 70s, 70s, 70s, 70s

    Good workout. Looks like my LP has come to a halt. I did get 275 x 5 today, so I feel that is pretty good - probably good enough for a 315lb bench.
    DL felt very good, despite my lower back soreness from heavy squats yesterday.

    The dream of LP died last week, so I'm going to switch it up to a higer-volume, lower-intensity plan:

    Press w/belt - 135 x 6 x 6
    SSB w/belt - 305 x 6 x 6
    LTE - bar+70 x 3 sets
    Curls - bar+70 x 3 sets

    Good workout. Nice to do some arms.

    CGBP from pins - 225 x 8, 7, 6
    Pullups - (BW + 45) x 4, 3, 3, BW x 8

    SSB squat w/belt - 345 x 4 x 8
    Pushups - 40

    Everything moved well. Did the whole workout in < 1 hr, which is good considering the set count.

    DL w/straps and belt - work up to 485 x 1, 405 x 2 x 4
    Dips - BW + 60 x 9, 7, 7

    Didn't think I'd get almost 10 reps on dips w/60lbs. Happy about that.

    Was planning on doing 9 sets of 3 for SSB, but after 8, I'd had enough. No mas!
