    And for today, we have moar squatting!

    SSB w/belt - 340 x 5 x 7 (yes, 7 sets. Yes, I am a masochist)
    Press w/belt - 150 x 5 x 7

    Everything moved well, but after the 5th set of anything, stuff just gets boring. Here's the last set of my squatting today. Some knee slide, but but I'm not sure if that's a big deal with an SSB bar:

    Saturday session:

    Bench - work up to 310 x 1, 265 x 4 x 6
    DL w/belt - work up to 490 x 1, 405 x 3 x 5 (added straps here).
    SLDL w/belt - 315 x 8

    My Saturday session is anything EXCEPT squats or presses.

    a few times I've done 10 sets at 225 on the squat for some reason I gleaned with my Phd from google lol
    i can't count that high anymore

    Any program with set counts in the double-digits should be automatically discounted. But I won't listen to my own advice!

    Today's work:

    Oh, lookie here! More squats and presses!

    SSB w/belt - 360 x 4 x 8
    Press w/belt - 162.5 x 4 x 8

    yeah, this is getting somewhat repetitive.... Hoping it will drive my max press weight up to something with the number "2" in front of it.
    Either that, or it will kill me.
