    Light Squat - SSB - beltless - paused - 335 x 4 x 2
    Heavy Press w/belt - 170 x 4 x 4
    Rows w/belt and straps - 275 x 4 x 4, 225 x 10

They were "light" squats, but didn't feel light due to the long pause and not using a belt. But it's not a lot of volume, so no harm done, I guess.
Rows were heavy and the last rep of each set was more like a heave than a row, but close enough...

Today: Heavy DL, Heavy Bench, Med Squat

    SSB squat w/belt - 360 x 4 x 3
    Bench - 280 x 4 x 4
    DL w/belt - 450 x 4

Tough workout, but got every rep per the program.

    Auxiliary Upper Body Lift Day:

    Press - beltless - 160 x 4 x 4
    CGBP - 235 x 5 x 3
    Pullups - (BW + 45) x 4 x 3, BW x 10

160 beltless felt pretty good today. Everything felt like crap yesterday - must've been paying for the TG feast the prior night...

    SSB squat w/belt - 360 x 6 x 4
    Bench - 250 x 6 x 3
    DL w/belt - 370 x 6 x 3

Good workout. Squats were challenging, but do-able. Bench moved well, as did DLs, though the squats had tired me out pretty well by then.

Thanks, Derf! I remember you from a few years back - I think I remember a 300Kg pull you did that impressed the heck out of me. Glad you are back on the board here.
How has training and life been?

    Today: Cardio and Pullups

    Pullups (with straps) - BW x 9r x 6s
Cardio - 24 minutes on the treadmill = 1.5 miles. About 5 deg incline.

Pullups felt good. Last set was challenging and the last rep was questionable, but since I am the judge, I'll call it good.

Ahh. The good and bad of weight loss. I'm with you there, Derf. I've lost nearly that much weight as well, but feel much better.
I'll have to check out your log...
