    Thanks, T_M. I was at about 230 mid-winter. About a 20 lb loss since then. I think I've got most of my strength left, which is a big plus. This was a goal when I hit 50 - wanted to drop some weight to maintain health for the long-haul...

    Today:

    SSB squat - beltless - 375 x 1, 285 x 5 x 3
    Bench - 280 x 1, 215 x 5, 5, 12

    Workout called for pullups, curls, and LTEs, but I just didn't have much energy this morning. I'll do them tomorrow morning.
    I think taking benadryl at night for allergies does help my sleep, but I still feel tired the morning after. I was happy just to do squat and bench today.

    Today: Heavy Squat/Heavy Bench/Assistance

    SSB (beltless) - 345 x 2 x 6
    Bench (various grips/pauses) - 257.5 x 2 x 6
    Rows (w/belt and straps) - 257.5 x 7, 7, 6, 6
    Dips (BW + 45) x 15, 15, 11

    Hard to tell how I'm doing with the squat and bench - they're moving ok. Have some left hip pain, so squats are kind of a pain (literally). My foray doing a bout of Smolov did a real number on my old carcass.
    Assistance work seems to be making good progress however - I'll take it.

    Press/Deadlift Day

    Press + belt - 170 x 2 x 6
    DL + belt and straps - 420 x 2 x 6
    SLDL + belt and straps - 25lb plate deficit - 335 x 7

    Tough workout - everything moved ok, but I just felt tired.

    Light Squat/Light Bench day

    SSB - beltless - 285 x 5 x 4
    CGBP - 215 x 5, 5, 5, 9
    Pullups w/straps - BW + 25 x 9, 8, 8, 8, 8
    Barbell Curls - 100 x 12, 10 + 4 + 3
    LTE - 100 x 12, 14 + 7 + 4

    Good workout.
    Weight loss continues. I weighed myself this morning at exactly 205. Lifts still holding on. Must be doing something right.

    SSB - beltless - 350 x 2 x 7
    Bench - 260 x 2 x 7 (varous grips)
    Rows w/belt and straps - 260 x 8, 7, 7
    Dips - (BW + 45) x 15, 15, 12

    Squat speed slowing down, but benches moved really well. Ancillary lifts made small improvements, but nothing special.

    DL w/belt and straps - 425 x 2 x 7
    SLDL w/belt and straps - no deficit - 345 x 7

    Getting heavy. Looking forward to deload next week.

    Bench - 215 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 12 (First sets Close grip, set of 12 normal grip)
    Pullups - BW + 25 x 9, 9, 9, 8, 6
    BB Curlz - 100 x 12 + 6 + 3
    BB LTE - 100 x 15 + 7 + 5

    Good workout. Deload starts next workout.

    Had lots of energy this morning. Made working out much easier.

    Shrugs - 350 x 12 x 2
    Curls - 100 x something

    Need to punch another hole in my belt - especially for press. It's really not giving me any support any longer.
