    * Uphill Treadmill - 25 minutes at 3.5mph @ 8.5deg incline.
    * Pullups (BWx5) + Pushups (BWx15) super-set - 5 sets. 60-90 seconds rest between super-sets.

    Heavy Press and DL day:

    Press w/belt - 180 x 2 x 5, 165 x 3 x 3
    DL w/belt - 460 x 2, 2 405 x 3, 3

    Everything felt heavy and hard. I bagged on the DLs after the second set.
    If one is smart, they plan their deloads in advance. The rest of us have our bodies tell us when to deload.
    I'm in the latter category, I guess.

    Front squat w/belt - 315 x 1, 255 x 3 x 3
    Press w/belt - 190 x 1, 165 x 3 x 3
    DL w/belt and straps - 365 x 3 x 3
    Pullups - BW x 10

    Changing things up a bit. Wanting to try some different lifts and such. Front squat felt rough, but by the third set, it felt ok again.
    Barely made 190 on the press - but happy that I ground it out.

    Low Bar Back Squat w/belt - 405 x 1, 355 x 3 x 3
    Bench - 300 x 1, 275 x 3 x 3
    Rows w/belt and straps - 225 x 15, 12, 8 (super strict)
    Hangs - a minute or two.

    Did Low bar for the first time in forever since I injured my shoulder quite a while ago. I've been working on mobility a bit to get into position and, after a few attempts, I got back into the groove. The whole LBBS movement pattern was a bit glitchy at first, but I got the hang of them again. Got up to a 4 plate squat for a single and hope to move up over time. I think I can get a 2x BW Low bar squat (approx 425 lbs) if I keep practicing.

    SSB squat w/belt - 400 x 1, 365 x 3 x 3
    Bench - 305 x 1, 280 x 4, 3, 3
    Pullups - w/straps - (BW + 65) x 5, (BW + 55) x 5, (BW + 45) x 7
    10 minutes uphill treadmill

    Feeling crappy - caught a cold a couple days ago.
    Took a couple ibuprofen this morning to kill the associated headache and got the nice side effect of pain reduction in my left hip, which helped my squat this morning.

    RDL w/belt and straps on 1.5" deficit - 275 x 10, 10
    Curls - 100 x 12, 10, 10

    Still feel a bit wonky with my low bar technique. needs practice.

    Still recovering from some kind of flu/cold/whatever. Woke up at 2 am and couldn't go back to sleep, so trained early instead. Feel like crap.

    Training without much of a plan. Just winging it and enjoying it.
