SSB squat w/belt - 405 x 1, 365 x 3 x 3
Bench - 305 x 1, 275 x 3 x 3
RDL w/belt and straps - 295 x 10 x 3
BB Curlz - 100 x 12 + 7 + 3
Good workout. Took an extra day off and it helped - 405 squat and 305 bench felt good.

Rows w/belt and straps - 225 x 12 x 3
BB Curlz - 100 x 15 + 8 + 4
I've been out for the last week due to a flu virus that crashed our house last week. I came down with it late last Sunday. Chills/fever/sweats for 2-3 days, then cough and congestion. Just starting to feel myself again last night. Workout went surprisingly well, despite being a bit out of breath during rows.
lso, lost about 5lbs of bodyweight. AM Bodyweight was 206 - lowest I've been in a while. Maybe some good Christmas eating will fix that

A bit sore today - took the previous week off, but not terrible.

Dead hang - BW x 80s
20 minutes Treadmill
Good workout despite suboptimal diet last night (too much red wine).
Got a 3 plate bench this morning ( barely) for the first time in a long time. Depending on my bodyweight, I'm pretty close to a 1.5xBW bench, which is the goal.
LBBS felt good too - first time I've done a 400+ squat for more than a single in a while.
