    Press w/belt - 135 x 9, 9

    Skipped power cleans today - I'll do them tomorrow morning.
    Weights getting heavy now. I may start changing up programming a bit for squat starting next week.

    Power Cleans w/belt - 217.5 x 3 x 5
    Pullups - BW x 10, 10, 10, 10, 11 (3 minutes between sets)
    Uphill treadmill - 7.5 deg incline, 3.5mph to 4.6mph increasing .1mph every minute. 2 minutes cooldown
    Chinups - 10

    Below is a video of my 2nd set of power cleans. I'm getting better at these and think I've solved my arm pull problem. I think I could do 2 things to improve:
    1. Get down a little lower on the catch.
    2. Catch the bar on my delts better. I have an aversion to this as I've had a bunch of bruises on my collar bone by trying to do this.

    - Power clean w/belt - 220 x 3 x 5
    - Pullups - BW x 10 x 6
    - 15 minute uphill treadmill. Incrementally increase speed 3.6 to 5.0 mph. Then back down for 3 minute cool off
    - Chinups - BW x 12

    I'm kinda getting the itch to join Crossfit - maybe just once per week - to switch things up.

    DL w/belt and straps - 345 x 3 x 5
    BW Rows - 20,15,20
    12 minutes uphill treadmill. Start at 3.6mph, increase .2 mph every minute for 9 minutes. 3 minute cool down.
    12 Chinups

    Testing the waters with heavier deadlifts on my hips. First couple of sets they were a bit ouchy. Then they got better at about the 3rd set. Will keep doing one "heavy" pull day per week to see how things go.

    SSB squat w/belt - 305 x 8 x 4 (Medium squat day)
    Press w/3" belt - 165 x 5 x 3
    Bench - 225 x 13, 11 (AMRAPs)
    Dips - BW x 22 + 11 + 6

    Fasted yesterday and did not eat anything before this workout, so I felt a bit sluggish, but ended up having a decent workout nonetheless.

    Power cleans are getting tough. First two sets were a disaster, then the third set felt better and I was able to complete 3 x 5.
