Power Cleans w/belt - 217.5 x 3 x 5
Pullups - BW x 10, 10, 10, 10, 11 (3 minutes between sets)
Uphill treadmill - 7.5 deg incline, 3.5mph to 4.6mph increasing .1mph every minute. 2 minutes cooldown
Chinups - 10
Below is a video of my 2nd set of power cleans. I'm getting better at these and think I've solved my arm pull problem. I think I could do 2 things to improve:
1. Get down a little lower on the catch.
2. Catch the bar on my delts better. I have an aversion to this as I've had a bunch of bruises on my collar bone by trying to do this.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
