    Chinups - BW x 17, 11, 9
    Press - 135 x 6 x 3

    Taking it easy this week. On heavy days, doing triples instead of trying for fahves.

    Rows w/belt and straps - 325 x 4 x 3, 185 x 12 x 3 (Light rows were more strict)
    Bench - 135, 185, 225, 245, 260 - each weight for 5 reps
    SSB squat - beltless - 190 x 20

    This workout felt good - felt oddly invigorated afterwards.

    SSB squat - beltless - narrow stance - 195 x 20, 20, 20
    SSB calf raises - 195 x 25, 20, 20
    Chinups/Dips super sets - 15/20, 10/15

    This sounds crazy, but sets of 20 on squats are becoming easier and even addictive. They are the only lower body movement I can perform, and I think the high rep sets are helping my hip to recover.

    Press - beltless - fives - 95,125, 135, 145, 155

    SSB squat - beltless - 200 x 20
    Pullup/Dip super sets - 10/15, 10/15, 10/15

    Good workout on 11/21 - did it all in about 20 minutes. Lots of huffing and puffing.

    11/23/23 - Thanksgiving day workout

    SSB squat - beltless - 200 x 20, 20, 20
    SSB calf raises - 200 x 25, 20, 20
    Curls - 60 x 3 sets of about 20 each.

    Light sets of curls with high reps - this is the first time I've ever really got a "pump" with curls. Will repeat.
