    RDL w/belt and straps - on 35lb plates - 315 x 8
    SSB - beltless - ATG+paused = 245 x 10 x 2
    Pullups - BW + 25 then drop to BW - 6+5, 6+4, 5+3

    LBBS w/belt - 360 x 5 x 3, 315 x 8 x 2
    RDL w/belt and straps - 315 x 8 (on 25lb plates)
    Rows w/belt and straps (more strict today) - 205 x 10 x 3

    Squats are starting to get tough. I think I'll be able to achieve my short-term goal of 365 x 5 x 3. Longer-term goal is 405 x 5.

    Everything felt crappy today. Just glad to get this workout done.

    SSB squat - deep + pause - 245 x 10, 12
    Rows - 225 x 14, 8, 8

    430 felt solid this morning. Happy to make progress.

    Treadmill - 20 minutes/3.6 mph/7 deg incline.
    -->Every 5 minutes do some curls and dips

    Got my heart rate up and a good sweat going, which was the only goal today.
