    SSB squat - ascending 5s - bar, 155, 245, 295, 325, (add belt) - 350 x 10
    Bench - ascending 5s - bar, 135, 185, 225, 255, 275 x 6
    CGBP - 225 x 11

    Getting stronger. I think it has something to do with a plethora of holiday calories. Don't even want to know what the number is on the scale.

    Press w/3" belt - 165 x 5 x 5
    Pullups - BW x 10, 10, 10, 12
    SSB squat w/3" belt- 250 x 20
    BW - 221

    Good workout. Deadlifts are feeling great. I think the combination of volume RDLs + intensity deadlift is really working for me this cycle. Christmas caloric excess also is helping!

    Maybe not, but I'm pretty much a one-trick pony at this point. I wish I was a bit more balanced in my lifts - kinda like this guy.

    SSB w/3" belt - 250 x 20 (cardio)

    Everything moved very well. Having the last week off work, sleeping better, and eating more calories has definitely helped.

    Pullups - BW x 9 x 5

    Last set of RDLS starting to feel heavy

    SSB squat - sets of 5 - bar, 155, 245, 295, 325

    Was going to do an AMRAP at 355, then do some bench, but during last rep at 325 my back tweaked (mid-back, left side). I had a good run with lots of volume lately, but the old body has had enough. It told me it is time for a deload, so that's what I guess I'm gonna do!

    Front squat w/3" belt - 225 x 5 x 3 (some reps paused)
    Press w/3" belt - 135 x 5 x 3
    RDL w/3" belt - varying grips - 225 x 5 x 3
    Dead Hangs - about 2 minutes (trying these for shoulder health)
    Treadmill - 20 minutes @ 3.5 mph - about 1.1 miles

    Just keeping things light - trying to keep moving while my back heals up a bit.

    I think my squat has some more room for improvement. Benches are getting tougher.
