Treadmill - 20 minutes, 4 deg, 3.5 mph, 1.15 miles.
Every 5 minutes, stop and do 8 pullups or 30 pushups.

DL w/4" belt - 450 x 8 (video)
Press w/3" belt - 170 x 5 x 4
Pullups - 10 minute "density block" - 50 pullups total - 5 every minute.
Happy with the deadlifts. Tweaked back gave me no problems at all.

SSB squat felt good - set of 10 was solid but challenging. Hoping to get a PR on this lift in the not too distant future.

Superset Standing tricep XT and bicep curls using curl bar - 80 lb x 3 sets (don't remember the rep count).
Press didn't work out today. I'll just keep at it with triples until I get it.

Deadlift w/belt - 455 x 8 (video)
SSB Good mornings w/3" belt - 245 x 8 x 3
Bodyweight rows - narrow grip - 20, 20, 16, 16
Deadlifts moved well but my grip is starting to fail on the last couple of reps.
Need to use straps. I'd like to try some figure-8 straps as my current straps aren't that great.

I think my SSB max squat is probably greater than my low bar squat, which is absurd.

Lunges - just trying some stuff out w/varying weights. Nothing big
Bench progress is slowing down. I think I'll just run it out with triples, etc and see how far I can take it.
Squat seemed ok. Took a video to check depth, which seemed ok.
