2/1/25
LBBS w/4" belt - 405 x 5, 365 x 6 x 4
SSB bar lunges - 2 sets of 10
Finally - I'm back in the 4 plate for 5 reps club.

2/3/25
DL w/belt + straps - 470 x 8 (video)
DL w/belt and straps (paused on second rep mid shin) - 405 x 2 x 4
Pullups - BW x 12 x 3
My presses suck and my squats are meh, but at least the deadlift keeps paying dividends.
2/5/25
SSB squat w/3" belt - 385 x 5 x 3
Press w/3" belt - 180 x 3 x 3, 145 x 5 x 3
Squats were challenging but ok. I've never done 385 on SSB for sets across before.
Presses were heavy (again).
2/6/25
RDL w/3" belt and straps - wide grip (not snatch grip) - 360 x 8 x 4
BW rows - narrow grip - 22, 15, 14, 13
Tried one set of BW rows with a wider grip - shoulder felt better than before, but still some pain, so I will continue with narrow grip.
RDLs are just getting tough. I may switch to conventional grip RDLs to continue this progression instead of wide grip.
Very tired of late. My sleep has been atrocious - I get 4-5 hrs, spending a few hours just trying to get back to sleep when I reliably wake up at 1-2 am.
Gotta figure this out - I'm kind of a wreck.
2/7/25
Bench - 275 x 2 x 7
CGBP - 225 x 10, 10
I think I'll try doubles on my presses for the next few weeks. Andy Baker mentioned that he thought heavy doubles (about 85% 1RM) were good ways to keep things moving. I'll give it a try.
2/9/25
LBBS w/4" belt- 410 x 5, 370 x 5 x 4
Press w/4" belt - work up to 205 x 1, 180 x 3 x 5
Bench - 260 x 3 x 5
I think one or two of my reps on my top squat set was a tad high, but overall a good, hard Sunday morning workout.
2/11/25
Deadlift + 4" belt + straps - 475 x 6 (video), 435 x 2 x 5
Pullups - BW + 15 x 8 x 4
Good workout. 8 rep sets on deadlifts were bound to stop as the weight progressed. Pretty happy with things.
Note: First time I've used my 35lb bumper plates in a long time. They even had dust on them!
