Rows w/belt and straps - 277.5 x 8 x 3
Bench progress slowing - 3rd set was a chore, so dropped weight and finished a 4th set. I'll continue to run it out....

Pullups - BW x 12, 12, 10
Good session. Definitely going to move on to top set/backoff sets. Hopefully, that will keep progress moving forward.

Rows w/belt - 280 x 8 x 3
Transitioned to top set/back off sets. Hoping progress continues.
Just a few months ago, I failed 280 x 5 on the bench, so pretty happy about this.

Press w/belt - 185 x 5, 175 x 5, 5, 5
Pullups - BW x 10 x 4
Press rep PR this morning - very happy about this.
Downside is my weight has been slowly creeping up (which is part of why I got the PR). At 218 this morning.
I'll be changing my programming to progress weekly (my week is 8-9 days long) instead of every 4-5 days.

Had to workout early this morning, which sucked. But I got it done.
