    Light Day

    SSB - beltless, paused - 315 x 4 x 2
    Press - beltless - 160 x 4 x 4
    Rows - w/belt and straps - 240 x 8 x 4
    CGBP - ascending sets of 5 - 135, 185, 225, 235, 245, 255 (PR set of 5)

I've taken videos of some of these sets. I found that I think I need to more fully extend my reps on CGBP, but other than that they seem OK, I guess.
I'll share them so you can have some laughs:

    Squat:

    Press:

    CGBP:

    Yesterday
    Pullups - BW x 8 x 6 = 48 reps
    25 minute walk

    Today
    SSB w/belt - 420 x 1, 1, 1, 1, Backoff - 335 x5
    Bench - 280 x 2 x 3, Backoff - 225 x 8
    DL w/belt - 455 x 2 x 3

Damn. Everything was very hard. Wanted doubles on squat, but it wasn't gonna happen today.
I think I'm backsliding on squat and bench. I may make some progress on press. We'll see...

We always want more, but 420 with the SSB is no BS...nice work!

Thanks, TM. Sometimes you don't get what you want, you get what you need!

More heavy stuff today. Feature heavy lift: Press

    SSB squat (beltless) - 335 x 2 x 2
    Press w/belt - 190 x 2 x 4 (last rep was an epic grind, but I got it!)
    Rows w/belt and straps - 260 x 6 x 4
    CGBP - ascending sets of 5 - 135, 185, 215, 235

I was truly surprised that I got all 4 doubles on press today. They weren't easy, but they went up. Esp surprised on my 3rd set - first rep was way out in front of me and had to use a lot of strength to finish the rep. Thought I wouldn't get 2 after that, but I attempted it anyway - and it went.

Other than the press, however, everything felt heavy, hard, and slow. I think this is a bit of a hangover from heavy squats and deadlifts on Monday. Hopefully, I'll have something left in the tank for Friday.

    More heavy stuff today

    SSB squat w/belt - 380 x 2 x 3
    Bench - 310 x 2 x 4
    DL - 500 x 2, 440 x 3 x 3

I honestly was not expecting to get the 4 doubles out of my bench today. Things seem to have been going in the wrong direction on that lift.
Going into the workout, I was just hoping to get the first double - but I got all 4. The last double was an epic grind where the last rep seemed to take 1 minute to put up. I'll take it...

Deadlifts felt pretty snappy. No problem making the 500 double, but 3 was probably not possible. This was the first time I've done 500lb deadlifts for reps since I was fatter and was able to get 505 for a triple a few years ago.

    Overall, good day...
