Nothing special. Stuff's starting to get heavy, but not awful.

Circuit - Curls/pushups/90 s plate swing - 3 each.
15 minutes treadmill - 3.5mph @5deg - 15 minutes.
Wow. The 90s plate swings really worked my mid-back. My mid back was really tired after I completed this - it maybe better than rows...
SSB squat - beltless - 335 x 5 x 3
Bench - 255 x 5 x 3
DL - beltless w/straps - 405 x 5
Going to add belt to DL and squat next week to keep the LP rolling. Also may do a light back workout next Wed instead of heavy 5s - power cleans or rows.
Yesterday's work (1/30/22):
Power cleans -
no belt - 185 x 3 x 5
add belt - 205 x 2 x 5
Technique on these is improving. Last couple of sets I started to run out of gas - power production drops off precipitously. I'm just freaking old, I guess.

So, I'm kinda doing an experiment with the belt. I've done lots of beltless stuff the last few weeks. I noticed that, for the first time in years, I can sleep on my belly without low-back pain.
I thought I was just old. I'm wondering if the belt is causing this. I'll end up adding the belt back, but I'll try to figure this out to see if there is a connection.

Trying to stay true to my goal of doing a little something, most days of the week. This took me about 20 minutes total - including turning on the radio, setup, etc.

Good workout. May get one more squat day before I add belt.
