    Good workout. RDLs got me huff'n n' puff'n!

    Bench - 315 x F, 250 x 4 x 3
    Rows w/belt and straps - 250 x 10, 10, 11
    Pullups - BW x 12

    SSB squat felt really good. Bench felt heavy during warmups and for my heavy attempt. Not my day.
    While training, I was watching the world weightlifting championships on Youtube. Good dual on snatches between Lasha, Gor, and Varazdat. Lasha got the gold, but Lalyan got the same weight in the snatch. Now to watch the C&Js. This is more fun to watch than I thought it would be....

    That was it. Had to get this workout done in less than 35 minutes - no problems.
    Sometimes its nice having a hard stop time - forces me to move faster.

    LTE - (curl bar + 80) x 15 + 8 + 4
    Curls - (curl bar + 80) x 15 + 8 + 4
    15 minutes uphill T-mill - 3.5mph @7.5 deg - 0.9 miles

    This is a continuation of yesterday's workout that was cut-short a tad.

    DL w/belt - alt grip - 405 x 5 x 3
    RDL w/belt and straps - 315 x 8 x 3
    Rows w/belt and straps - 225 x 10 x 3
    BB Curlz - 95 x 15 + 8 + 4

    I was thinking of how to organize my workouts going forward and decided to try a squat/press/pull/off type of rotation for a while.
    We'll see how that works.

    1/9/23 - Squat day
    SSB squat w/belt - 370 x 5, 335 x 5 x 4, 275 x 8 (paused)
    Calf raises - 155 x 21, 15, 15

    As usual, warmups felt rough, but the work sets went well.
    Kinda nice just to focus on squats. Put in some calf raises today, as I had some time and the bar was already in place.
    Total workout time: ~45 minutes.

    Bench - 260 x 6, 245 x 5 x 3
    CGBP w/pause 2" above chest - 205 x 6 x 3
    Press w/belt - 135 x 6 x 3
    LTE - (curl bar + 90) x 10 + 6 + 3

    I guess this is intensity bench day plus backoffs. I'll attempt to add a couple of pounds every week or so. Would like to get to 270+ for a set of 5.

    RDL w/belt and straps - 315 x 8 x 3
    Pullups - (BW + 45) x 6 x 3

    BW: 210

    Checked by weight today. It seems I'm able to stay at 210, give or take. This is a comfortable BW for me. Big plus: when I see my doc, he can tell me that I'm no longer obese, but I'm still fat.
