Felt pretty solid - legs nice and tired now.

1/17/23 - Pulling Day
DL w/belt - 425 x 5, 365 x 5, 5
RDL w/belt and straps - 315 x 10
SSB squat w/belt - paused - 275 x 10
Curls - 3 sec eccentric/3 sec concentric (aka slow) - 75 x 8 x 3
Good workout - but not easy. Pulling days get the best of me.

That was plenty. Pretty wiped out from yesterday.

1/19/23 - Cardio
Treadmill - 3.7mph @7.5 deg - 28 minutes.
3 intervals at 15 deg for 1 -2 minutes.
Treadmill died at 28 minutes. I think it was a temp fault. Hopefully it'll work again next time I need to do some cardio - it's 22 years old.

Press (beltless) - 135 x 6 x 3
LTE - (Curl bar + 90) x 13 + 5 + 3
Good workout. Going to train volume pulling day tomorrow to try to get on a more sustainable schedule:
Sat - Int squat/light pull
Sun - Int bench/light press
Mon- off
Tue - Vol pull/light squat
Wed - Vol press/light bench
Thur/Fri - off or light cardio
Sat - Vol squat/light pull
Sun - Vol bench/light press
Mon - off
Tue - Intensity pull/light squat
Wed - Intensity press/light bench
Thur/Fri - light cardio
