RDL off 1" plant +straps + belt - 245 x 12
Press - 135 x 8 x 2
Pullups - BW x 12, 12
Just wanted a really fast, total body workout. Tired from tons of yardwork yesterday and I plan to do more today.

SSB squat - W/up to 335 then ditched my planned heavy workout. Too much hip pain.
Bench - 272.5 x 5, 255 x 5 x 3
I think it's about time I took a couple of weeks off to let my joints heal.

5/23/23 - I'm back.
SSB w/belt - 290 x 6 x 4
Press - 125 x 6 x 3
DL - 295 x 6 x 3
Pullups - BW x 15
Took 2 weeks off to let some hip pain heal up. Still have some pain, but it feels much better now. I just hope it stays that way.

5/25/25 - DOMS hell
SSB - 155 x 5
Bench - 225 x 6 x 4 (mid grip)
Rows - 205 x 8 x 4
My 155lb warmup set felt like my adductors were tearing in half. I cut it off after that. I am now feeling the full effect of peak DOMS.
Program called for 220 x 6 x 4, but I find it offensive to load 220.

Still sore - but not nearly as bad as Thursday.

SSB squat was harder than it normally is, but I'm still coming back from a couple weeks off. Plus, I (unwisely) did a long walk yesterday along with some sprints yesterday - probably didn't help the cause much...

Decided to sub cleans for rows - sick of rows and cleans sounded like a bit more fun.
