I was planning to do two 1K warm up rows prior to a hard effort 2K test, but about 700 meters into the 2K, doubts about maintaining my pace for a sub 7:30 finish got the best of me so I slowed down and just completed the third 1K. I used this as a warm up for the power cleans which seems to have paid off as I haven't PC'd 240+ in a few years.

Fairly easy...approx 6.5 to 7 on the RPE scale...steppers were a good warm up.
