Sadly broke my multi-pressing workout streak--got in only twice this week, oh well. Nice thing was that the DL seems to be getting back on track with only a very faint twinge remaining. I am being a lot more careful about squeezing the bar off the floor.

Have been too busy to get in the gym enough. Snuck in yesterday so that I didn't miss a weekly bench workout. Almost got the last rep, but only one end of the bar made the hooks. Should be O.K. for 230 next. It's really nice to bench in the rack with the pins properly placed--minimal drama if you screw up.

Felt fine after previous workout, slept O.K., but back seized up mid-morning when I got up from a chair. Eventually went to the gym in an attempt to stop the bleeding. Squat helped somewhat.

Back still sore, although slept O.K. It just wouldn't cooperate for the pin press, although I got my last press warmup at 160, on my second attempt.
Squat was pretty fair, seemed to help loosen up the back.

Back much better under the singles than it was under the pin press zero yesterday. Singles went fine.
Squat was fine, just trying to keep the back loose and get over the soreness.

Back still not 100%. Hot the last three days, and I was busy, so no workouts. Glad to get in there today and keep things moving. Would like to deadlift tomorrow.

Much nicer weather today, but busy. Got to gym before dinner, no time for deadlift, but redeemed last week's miss on the bench. Heavy, but not crazy. Bar path was good.

Singles were a little slow, but not crazy. Last one might have been the best, which was nice. Deadlift was O.K. Hopefully, I can work my way back up without any mishaps (at least in the near future, anyway).

Pin press: 181x5 (3, then 2 reps)
Pin press was heavy, but I think the issue is just getting the hang of doing them, as they are kind of tricky. Need to keep adding weight to the squat, but not sure 3x5 is the right thing. May try some back off sets next time.
