    This looks like a great Summer rhythm
    I looked over your last training log
    You have an interesting background
    It was great to see what can happen over a year
    I think this is the way to go - take the NLP to a good point then incorporate the lifting into a well rounded active lifestyle from then on

    Thanks for stopping by! I'll continue this until late October/early November and then I'll revert back to strength training through the winter months. Once daylight savings comes again, back to summer activities. Rinse & repeat until I no longer can
