The Road to 300 Bench
I'm going to try to hit a 300 lb. Bench using starting strength and Texas Method programming but I'll only be doing bench press.

I'm microloading adding 1.5 lb. every microcycle (2-3 days).
I slept 20 hours between the two workouts. 8 hours twice and a four hour nap.
A friend asked me online if I was going to workout/bench all night, I told that's not how this works.
Also for reference in 26 y.o., male, I'm skilling up for an office job.

I probably could have gotten the second set but I bench alone do I was bleeding strength.
Woke up at 7 pm on the 28th having slept 24 hours straight with what amounts to a hangover. I was up 20 hours straight previously because I had multiple appointments the same day starting with a doctor's appointment at 9 am. The one world government dictating that all of my doctors visits and shots be at 9 am. I am prone to waking up the evening before and staying up all night.

I'm going to have to start slamming beverages to get my weight up. We've gone from 3 sets of 5 to 5 sets of 3.
